🌐 Cloudflare Troubleshooting FAQ
If you’re having trouble accessing our website, it may be related to Cloudflare — the service we use to keep the site fast and secure.
Here are a few simple things to check:
1️⃣ My browser says “Checking your browser before accessing…” and gets stuck
Your browser may be blocking Cloudflare’s security check.
- Disable ad blockers or privacy extensions temporarily.
- Enable JavaScript and cookies in your browser.
- Try opening the site in Incognito/Private mode or another browser.
- Restart your router to refresh your IP address.
2️⃣ The site says “Access Denied” or “Error 1020”
Cloudflare may be blocking your connection due to security rules.
- Turn off VPNs or proxy connections.
- Disable extensions that hide your location or IP.
- Contact us with the Ray ID from the error page for assistance.
3️⃣ The page shows “504” or “522” timeout errors
Cloudflare can’t reach the website’s server.
- Refresh the page or try again later — it might be temporary.
- Check your internet connection.
- If other sites load fine, the issue is likely on our host’s end.
4️⃣ The site looks broken or missing images/styles
This may be due to cached or outdated files.
- Clear your browser cache.
- Hard-refresh (Ctrl + F5 or ⌘ + Shift + R).
- Try a different browser or device.
5️⃣ I’m seeing Cloudflare CAPTCHA screens often
Your IP might be triggering extra security checks.
- Ensure your device is malware-free.
- Turn off any suspicious VPNs or proxies.
- Restart your router to get a new IP.
